Birkenhead’s Premier NHS & Cosmetic Dental Practice

Absolutely fantastic dentists, my 3 boys had an appointment this week and the experience was brilliant from the start. The ladies in reception are welcoming and the dentist they saw was brilliant. My youngest son was a little nervous and she explained everything and allowed him to take things at his pace.

As somebody that has had a lifelong fear of dentists I was very reluctant to arrange an appointment. Eventually I arranged an appointment at Park Road North Dental Practice. I've had 2 wisdom tooth removals and also 2 fillings and found it far easier than I ever imagined it could be. The two dentists I have seen are Rachel and Neelu, I can not overstate just how grateful I am to have found this place. They listened to my fears, they worked around physical limitations (I can not keep my jaw open for prolonged periods) and they are basically just incredibly friendly and welcoming.Thank you so much, also respect to the receptionists and the dental nurses who also do a great job.

I should have written this a long time ago. Park Road Dental have helped and cared for me so much over the last few years. I had struggled to get my teeth under control and required a lot of work. No matter if emergency care or longer term work to improve my dentition over the years they have been there for me. Special shout out to Dr Mason who has done the vast bulk of the work. A shining light of NHS Dentistry despite the national strain on Dentistry services.

I came today to see the hygienist. I have had to cancel a few appointments because I have been struggling with Vertigo. I am still having some dizzy spells , I cannot praise the lovely young lady enough , so kind and done everything possible to make me feel at ease and comfortable . Truly grateful that I could attend my appointment today.

I’m not sure how this place gets negative reviews, yes there’s long waiting lists but that’s the NHS. I have a phobia of the dentist and I’ve always been felt so reassured by whoever has done my appointment. Thank you to Edward today for performing a miracle and fixing my infected tooth when I thought I’d never get rid of the pain!
